Sandy and Will Filer have embarked on journeys through the vast Australian landscape, facing challenges and navigating sand, narrow rough tracks, rocky descents and river crossings. Making some great memories then returning home to inspect the pinstripes and occasional ouch.

Their exploration prompted an investigation into ways to shield their vehicles from the elements, especially around the engine bay to protect it from debris. The benefits of a well designed, well made inner wheel guard emerged, and after much R&D the one piece design jumped from the drawing board to the workshop. The importance of using a high quality material was the key to its success, for durability and longevity.
