We know that sometimes things don’t go to plan and you may have selected the wrong product, an exchange for the correct product is sometimes required and we are happy to facilitate this. Please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. The customer takes responsibility for all delivery costs. We do not refund for 'change of mind' or are responsible for delayed Australia Post delivery service.
WARRANTY
1. Warranty Period
FABWRAPS warrants all our products for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
a. normal wear and tear;
b. misuse, alterations, tampering or neglect, including improper maintenance;
c. use of the product in any manner other than the purposes for which it was originally designed; and/or
d. installation and fitting inconsistent with FABWRAPS written installation instructions.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Making a Claim
In the event of a warranty claim please send an email to info@fabwraps.com.au indicating the product fault.
If further information or investigation is required for us to process your claim, we'll let you know.
