DELIVERY
On placing your order we will process and despatch within three business days. Our chosen carrier service is Australia Parcel Post and depending on where you live, delivery within Australia may take between two to four days. If your order is to New Zealand, six plus days is normal. We are not responsible for any Australia Post delivery delays.
We know occasionally you may select the wrong product and an exchange for your correct choice is required, we're happy to facilitate this but please contact us within 30 days of the order date. The customer is responsibility for all additional delivery costs. We do not refund your purchase if you 'change of mind'.
WARRANTY
1. Warranty Period
FABWRAPS warrants all our products for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
a. normal wear and tear;
b. misuse, alterations, tampering or neglect, including improper maintenance;
c. use of the product in any manner other than the purposes for which it was originally designed; and/or
d. installation and fitting inconsistent with FABWRAPS written installation instructions.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Making a Claim
In the event of a warranty claim please send an email to info@fabwraps.com.au indicating the product fault.
If further information or investigation is required for us to process your claim, we'll let you know.
